Alpaca Experience – Information, Maps, What to Wear

We look forward to welcoming you on your Alpaca Experience day! Here’s some information to help your day to go smoothly. Please pay extra careful attention to the “What to Wear” section.

If you have a voucher, please bring it with you.

Start Time

Please arrive for a start time of 9.30am sharp. if running late, please phone to let me know.

What to Wear

Solomons is a working farm. That means fields, soft, or uneven ground in places, and mud if has been raining! Please wear suitable, robust shoes/boots with good grip (and that you don’t mind getting dirty!).

If it looks like rain then please bring suitable rainwear. Although there is some shelter in the barn, the walk is outside, and you will be glad of a hat or hood if there is a shower.

In summer, layers of clothing are recommended as the weather can be different from outside your home. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen too!
